1. Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, organization, and authentication identifiers (including via Google or GitHub sign-in, if you choose them).
- Billing information — plan, subscription, and usage records. Card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage and log data — requests, feature usage, performance and diagnostic metrics, and IP address, used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Customer data — the data you load into the Service ("Your Content"). We process it on your behalf to provide the Service and do not use it to train models or for advertising.
- Cookies — we use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service; to process payments and prevent fraud; to communicate with you about your account and service-related matters; and to comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers ("subprocessors") that help us run the Service, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, including: Amazon Web Services (cloud hosting), Stripe (payments), and email/communication providers. We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights and safety. If we undergo a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data retention
We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations. Your Content is retained while your account is active and deleted within a reasonable period after account closure, subject to backups and legal requirements.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@fluxos.run. You can also close your account at any time.
7. International transfers
We operate primarily in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our subprocessors operate.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
