This Privacy Policy explains how Flux Data Systems, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the FluxOS platform, websites, and services (the "Service"). "FluxOS" is a product of Flux Data Systems, LLC.

We share information with service providers ("subprocessors") that help us run the Service, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, including: Amazon Web Services (cloud hosting), Stripe (payments), and email/communication providers. We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights and safety. If we undergo a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations. Your Content is retained while your account is active and deleted within a reasonable period after account closure, subject to backups and legal requirements.
